Letter 17 – Seek Ye First the Kingdom of God

“Women of Destiny,

There is a simple solution for all the problems you are facing in life: “Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you,” (Matthew 6:33).

-Problem: Are you facing financial problems?

Kingdom Solution: God promises to supply your needs (Philippians 4:19) and also promises to open the windows of Heaven and pour you out a blessing that there shall not be room enough to receive when you tithe (Malachi 3:10).

-Problem: Are you broken hearted?

Kingdom Solution: The Lord is near to you (Psalm 34:18) and promises to heal your broken heart and bind your wounds (Psalm 147:3)! Let Him in.

-Problem: Do you find yourself continuously giving up?

Kingdom Solution: Rely on God, not yourself! Jesus said that with men things will be impossible, but with God ALL things are possible (Mark 10:27).

-Problem: Do you notice that your temper has gotten short and you are increasingly irritable?

Kingdom Solution: Invite the Holy Spirit in daily by renewing your mind (Romans 12:2). The anger of man is the opposite of the righteousness of God (James 1:20).

-Problem: Are anxiety and depression ruling your life?

Kingdom Solution: Take control of your mindset by casting your cares unto the Lord (1 Peter 5:7). God promises that He is with you (Isaiah 41:10) so trust in Him with ALL your heart and don’t be deceived by your own thoughts (Proverbs 3:5-6).

If the greatest of these is love (1 Corinthians 13:13) and God is love (1 John 4:8) then we can do nothing without God! Seek ye first the Kingdom in every area and watch the circumstances of your life change.

Always remember, there is never any reason to give up!”
