Do you love at all times? It’s so easy to say ‘I love you,’ but do you walk in it? Do you show love with your actions and not just your words?

Genesis 3:22 says, ‘And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:’ This scripture refers to when Adam and Eve ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil which opened the door for us to judge others by what we deem ‘good’ or ‘bad.’ Loving someone based on the knowledge you have about them is not true love!

We must learn to love beyond others’ past or present sins and failures because that’s how Jesus loves us. Romans 5:8 says, ‘But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.’ Jesus died for our sins because He loved us that much! How dare we judge others because of something negative we found out about them when the Lord forgives our sins each and every day! Think about how much God loves you despite the bad things you’ve done. Learn to love like Jesus and become a light to others!”
