A fruit fly is any of the various small dipteran flies whose larvae feed on fruit or decaying vegetable matter. Dreaming of fruit flies can represent annoyances.    

Positive:  Dreaming of a fruit fly could represent that you are producing the fruits of the Spirit in your life and attracting others by it.

Negative: Dreaming of fruit flies could represent that you have rotten fruit in your life which is attracting negativity. You must ask God to purge you so you can produce good fruit.
