Fear is a hostile emotion caused by the expectation of a threat or danger. There can also be a godly, reverential fear and it is important to know which one you are experiencing in a dream.

Positive: Dreaming of fear in a warning dream could be considered positive if it leads to obedience or repentance in a certain area. If a person of authority is shown in the dream, the emotion of fear could represent reverence.

Negative: Being fearful in a dream could be symbolic of impending danger or an indication that a person is in bondage. In a dream, fear could be a warning from God that if you don’t obey Him, something bad could happen.
