Eyes are the image forming organs in the body that are used for sight. The Bible describes eyes as being doorways to the soul.

Positive: Dreaming of an eye may represent a desire for God’s heart. Eyes may also represent being enlightened of God’s will. Red eyes could symbolize authority and the jurisdiction of Jesus as the head of all government. Eyes opening in a dream could represent your spiritual eyes being opened.

Negative:  In a dream, eyes could also represent being envious of the possessions of others. It could also symbolize the deceitful and evil desires of one’s heart, one’s spiritual eyes being blinded, and being blind to wrongdoings. Eyes could mean that one is vain and blinded by the things of this world.
