The body is the main part of an animal especially distinguished from the head and limbs. Seeing our bodies in dreams may represent how we see ourselves.

Positive: To dream regarding your body may represent your current level of integrity and confidence in spiritual circumstances. It may also represent your carnal or spiritual state of being and communion (the body of Jesus Christ).

Negative: Seeing a body in your dream with blemishes or injuries to certain parts may suggest ill health and the need to pay attention to those body parts. The body may also represent stains and impurities in the body of Christ, a curse, or being treated unfairly.
