An alderfly is a small aquatic parasites that crawl out of water. They are known for digging into damp soil to pupate and are predators.

Positive: Dreaming of an alderfly can represent one’s heart to have a hunger for God in going lower and seeking and striving for His ways, His will, and His treasures. An alderfly could represent humility, as it goes low into the ground to pupate, which could represent humbling oneself to endure the process.
