A carpet beetle is a small black beetle that is known to be found in carpet. The larvae are known to be destructive to wool. In the Bible, carpet can symbolically mean that one is looking for guidance, being undermined (carpet being pulled from under you), or purging. A carpet beetle could represent destruction to guidance or preventing purging.

Positive: To dream of beetles being removed from carpet could represent harm being removed from your life or represent being purged.

Negative: In a dream, carpet beetles all over the floor could represent a hindrance in the purging God wants to do in you.
