Positive: Dreaming of shoulders can represent God’s  government and responsibility.

Negative:  Seeing shoulders in a dream may symbolize being stubborn or tired. Drooped shoulders may represent being overburdened, discouraged, and helpless. Seeing bare female shoulders may warn of upcoming seduction or temptation.
