Anger is a negative emotion felt by humans and celestial beings, including God. It can be godly or ungodly depending on its motives/intentions.

Positive: In a dream, anger could represent God showing you how to control your anger, or ridding anger from your life. It could also represent God provoking you to jealousy. God could also be showing you how to be slow to anger through a dream.
