Positive: Dreaming of an abdomen being healthy can represent being in good shape, good health, desire for God, and prosperity in relationships, ministry and business.

Negative: Seeing an uncovered abdomen in a dream can represent betrayal and disloyalty from someone you may trust. To see an abdomen wrapped in a bandage can be a warning to pay attention to your health and take better care of yourself. A swollen abdomen can represent judgment, gluttony, and greed.
