An emerald is a green precious stone and the fourth foundation of the New Jerusalem. Emerald is found in the Bible five times. The New Testament describes emerald with the Greek words “smaragdinos” and “smaragdos.” Emerald is the third stone of the breastplate of the high priest and represent Levi. The emerald signifies John and represents the glory of God. Emerald can refer to the throne or Jehovah.

Positive:  Dreaming of an emerald could represent the mercy of God or a visitation from the Father. Emeralds can represent riches and glory. It could represent the inheritance from the Father.

Negative: Dreaming of wearing emeralds could represent high-mindedness or a betrayal that can come as a result from one’s pride.
