DAY 119:

“There is a great hunger in the world today for people to be liked and accepted before man, even if it means saying and doing things outside of their character.. They deceivingly believe they have been received… but they can’t see who and all they rejected in the process!

“This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me,” (Matthew 15:8).

Don’t fall into the fake and phony circles of flattery, where people accept and praise you with their mouths, but despise you in their hearts and secretly plot your demise. There is no use in being accepted by people that can’t save your yesterday, who you are today, and who you will be in the future!!

“It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man,” (Psalm 118:8).

Develop the right heart to endure and stand securely as the REAL you! The you that God is faithful to finish! The you that He destined for victory, whether people agree or disagree.. approve or disapprove!! The only acceptance you should desire is that of God Almighty..!”
