DAY 79:

“Overcome Evil with Good!

“Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good,” (Romans 12:21).

It is obvious that there are many evil and wicked things taking place in the world that are coming to challenge and cancel the demonstration of goodness.. As people of God, we must not let this happen. We must not just talk about overcoming evil with good, we must be about it.

It is time that the majority of the church remove themselves from God’s job, as JUDGE, and start to LOVE Him more than anything so they can love people right, according to His Word! When the Word of God is inside of you, it is like fire that can’t be contained.

“… But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones…” (Jeremiah 20:9).

Evil doers will attempt to make you believe that they are stronger and that they can overtake you, but the truth is, there is nobody who is mightier than Jehovah!! He will never be overtaken. However, we must submit to His Heart, Word, and WAYS!!

Do not fear your haters, accusers, or those who persecute you.. Do good by doing what God says in His Word. Bless those who persecute you. Pray for your enemies. Keep your heart concerning your enemies and guard your tongue.. Obey God’s commands and love at all times. When you do it His way, you can’t be overcome or lose!!

“Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not,” (Romans 12:14).

“Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good,” (Romans 12:20-21).

God is searching the hearts of men… will He find that your love for Him and His instruction concerning your enemies… supersedes your fleshly and emotional need to “hurt back?”

It is time to grow up in God and mature in His love by seeking His face and maturing in all of His Word..!”
