DAY 35:

“The Service of God is His Military! Learn to Follow Jesus!

“If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour,” (John 12:26).

When you thoroughly serve God, your personal desires cannot conflict with His. When you join a natural army, you are submitted to the law and order of the chief commander.. you don’t get your own way, your personal desires can’t conflict with the mission. It is the same way with God, but even greater!! Serving God completely requires your mind to be made up to give up your life, physically and personally, for Jesus!

Jesus is the greatest servant of all! Learn to master the process of following Him with complete surrender to your own self-will.

“And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me,” (Luke 9:23).

Your mind must be conditioned spiritually to endure and get the victory in battle. You can’t be filled with pride, arrogance, religiousness, or offense and be conditioned spiritually. The greatest weapons of battling in the spirit are prayer, worship, and dwelling in God’s presence! That is following Jesus’ pattern!

“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty,” (Psalm 91:1).

True service in God’s army is not so much “leading,” it is really in how powerfully you can submit to Jehovah’s will and follow after Jesus! I’m praying that you will learn to supernaturally trust God and not only dress yourself for “church,” but truly learn to dress for the end time battle to reap the harvest of #SOULS and for you to be honored by the Father..!” ~David E.
