DAY 247:
“Fill every part of your heart and mind with faith, hope, confidence, and trust in GOD to accomplish His will in your life!! Without faith, it is impossible to please God..
‘Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus,’ (Revelation 14:12).
Many are pursuing to go higher in God, but they are oblivious to going deeper in Him. Friends, you can’t get higher until you are willing to go deeper. Your love for God is not reflected in how high you climb Christian platforms or mega-church pulpits. It is reflected when He becomes your first choice in everything. When you seek Him first about everything.. and OBEY Him!!
‘Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment,’ (Matthew 22:37-38).
Too many are leaning on man’s approval to ‘advance’ them and are forfeiting the depths of God’s favor and advancement. Noah did not wait until the rain came to build the ark… If he would have, most likely it would have been too late for him to fulfill his divine assignment in the earth. Are you settling for what looks right and what makes you feel accomplished or successful before man? Even if it doesn’t require the faith to do the thing God predestined you to do for His will?
‘How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?’ (John 5:44).
‘But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him,’ (Hebrews 11:6).
The devil is the master of deception.. he is a thief. If he can get you believing that you are doing something ‘godly’ he can deceive you into believing you are living out your divine destiny, when you are not. Do not let your faith in God’s promises be compromised into foolishness and settle for the watered-down counterfeit that the devil has to offer with no eternal reward.. God is GOOD NOW & FOR ALL OF ETERNITY..!” ~David E. Taylor~
