DAY 211:

The Word of God gives LIFE!

‘My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee. Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart: So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths,’ (Proverbs 3:1-6).

The Body of Christ at large has gotten great at quoting scriptures that appeal to them being receivers of God’s favor and direction, without the accountability of doing the requirements for those manifestations.

To say we trust the Lord without doing what these words of wisdom are saying, is not enough. In order to trust the Lord, and lean not on our own understanding, so that He can direct our paths… we must not forget His law, commandments, mercy, and truth so that we will find favor and good understanding in God’s sight and man’s.

God is a God of ORDER.. His Words add days, long life, and peace to our lives. Verse 3 says don’t let mercy and truth forsake you. Forsake means to abandon.. Bind them about your neck. Bind means to tie or gird physically – or mentally – in love knit them together and write them on the table of your heart. That means to inscribe them or engrave them, to record and decree them..

Friends, I urge you to learn God’s Word and to keep His order so that you can really learn what trusting in Him looks like and what it unleashes in your life, purpose, and destiny.. not just for you, but for your family, ministry, and in your business too. There is a way that seems right to men, but the end of that way is death… Do it God’s Way and find Life, Peace, Favor, Good Understanding, and Divine Instruction..!”
